Custom Engraved Leather & Cowhide Grad Cap Toppers (DEPOSIT)

Grad cap orders are processed & created in order of GRADUATION DATE. For example, all early May grads will take priority over late May grads. Processing time is approximately 7-10 days from order date. Excessive design revisions or lack of response during design process may delay this processing time. This does not include ship time if not utilizing local pickup to Denair, CA.

This is a DEPOSIT towards your completed cap. If add-ons, additional revisions, expedited processing, or expedited shipping are requested, you will be required to pay the balance before your grad cap is processed. If there are no added costs to your cap, your order will be considered paid in full & will be processed upon your design approval. 

Design your very own custom leather or cowhide grad cap topper! Include school affiliations, mascots, names, decorative elements or your favorite saying. 

All caps come standard with 16 rivets to ensure maximum durability as well as to provide a polished, finished look. 

Base leather options:

• 100% Veg Tan Leather (Tobacco Color Shown)
• Cowhide—Current inventory of colors in stock are as shown. The cowhide swatches are not the exact piece you will receive for your cap, as I will select the best piece of the selected cowhide based on your custom design to ensure the best results possible. 

Rivet color options:

• Antique Brass
• Brushed Nickel
• Matte Black

PRICING: 

• You provide the cap, by either local drop off to Denair, CA or via shipping. Shipping your cap to and from our workshop is free.
• Both Cowhide & 100% Veg Tan Leather grad cap toppers start at $100.                     —This includes the price of your design fee & 16 rivets. 
• For a more embellished cap with 32 total rivets—$20 add-on. 
• Rhinestones—$1 per stone. 
• Veneer, acrylic or wood embellishments—inquire for custom pricing. 

 DESIGNING:

• You are unlimited to your options for designs, but please state what your most important design elements are for your cap. Most caps are approximately 9.5” squares, so keep that in mind when determining what you’d like to be the focus of your design. 
• A digital mock-up will be provided for your approval. 
• 3 design revisions are included in your initial purchase. Any additional revisions are $15 per revision. 

Forgot to plan ahead or last minute decision? There is an expedited 24 hour processing option for an additional $150. You MUST provide a completed design within 2 hours of order, or a very detailed idea of what you’d like on the cap. If you are not local to drop off your cap, this option comes with a complimentary white or black cap, you will select which color will suit your graduation regalia the best. There are minimal design revisions available with this option due to the time constraint. Note: this does not include shipping time, you may purchase overnight shipping at your request.
